Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@hb-tech.org. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
